A PDF merger (or combine-PDF tool) takes multiple PDFs and concatenates their pages. Filvo lets you drop up to 25 files (40 MB each, 120 MB total), reorder them, and download one document. Pages are copied as-is — we do not recompress images inside the PDF.
How to merge PDF files
Add two or more unlocked PDFs. Drag them into the order you want. Download a single file. Nothing is sent to a server. Locked files cannot be merged until they are unlocked.
