How to convert PNG to JPG (and when to keep PNG)
PNG to JPG shrinks photos but drops transparency. Here’s when each format wins.
PNG is ideal for logos, UI, and cutouts because it can store transparency. JPG is better for photographs you will email or post when you do not need alpha. Converting is a one-way trade: you gain size, you lose the see-through pixels.
PNG to JPG
